Testimonials

Dear Craig,

I want to thank you for your very fine service to our family as we moved through the difficult challenge of selling our uncle’s home. At every step of the way, you were there to provide not only advice, but also hand- on solutions to what appeared to us to be ongoing problems. But regardless of the situation, you met it with your anxiety-reducing, wonderful phrase "No Problem!" And indeed, due to your intervention, it was in fact - No problem!

But best of all and perhaps bottom line, you priced and marketed the house in the best way possible for the best possible result. Confident in your experience and following your direction, we were delighted to find that we were ready for contract in 3 weeks... Incredible!

So, I write this with the gratitude of our family for your going well beyond what we might have expected and doing it in a way that freed us from concern and worry.

My best wishes to you for continued success.

Most Sincerely,

Evelyn C. Lombardi

Dear Craig,

When we mentioned to Shirley & Walter Hoffman that we intended to place our Syosset house on the market, they told us not to do a thing before contacting you. How fortunate we are to have such smart friends.

From the moment we spoke with you on the phone, to give you a breakdown of the attributes of our Syosset home, we knew we were dealing with a true professional. Your visit to the house and the suggestions you made for improving the overall appearance of the house further strengthened the belief that we were in very good hands.

Besides your decorating skills, you impressed us with the many marketing tools you employed and your extensive knowledge of the Syosset real estate situation. There were times we thought we would disagree with you, but you were patient with us and helped us to trust your knowledge and experience.

Thanks to your negotiating ability we sold our Syosset home for a very satisfactory price. We have the feeling that this does not, however, end our relationship. Of course we will be referring anyone we know looking to buy or sell a house, but more than that, we think we can now list your name along with Shirley and Walter as a friend.

Yours Truly

Nat & Letty

Gentlemen:

The closing on our residence in Plainview took place on December 21, 2001. Vacating a home in which we spent over fort years had its emotional impact. We are currently in Florida wrestling with the problem of finding space for the contents of eighty cartons we shipped from New York.

Reminiscing over the past events of the four months since selecting your firm to market our home in September 2001, we felt we would be remiss were we not to convey to you some of our thoughts regarding the person we chose to represent us, Mr. Craig Bell.

We noted carefully the different methods employed by the many salespeople of the various realty companies that showed our home to prospective buyers. Most salespeople seemed to be in a hurry to fulfill an agenda elsewhere and did not get involved with pointing out or emphasizing the obvious positive attributes of our premises. Hearing Craig vocalize about the brightness of the spacious living and dining room, the recently remodeled eat-in kitchen and the bathrooms, the excellent condition of the first-quality oak floors, and the fact that the entire interior had been painted within the past two months, was impressive and exciting to my wife and me. Although we were living in this atmosphere, hearing it extolled by someone else was nice.

Craig was close at hand when we sought his advice and especially helpful in allaying our anxieties created by the seemingly endless amount of time it took the buyer to obtain mortgage financing. Craig was a stranger to us when first we met. He inspired our confidence by his optimism and mannerism. He demonstrated that he was a man of high character, extremely knowledgeable, competent, dedicated, and a sincere and caring individual. We would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone seeking a completely reliable salesperson.

Sincerely yours.

Dear Craig,

Selling a house that my late husband and I lived in for more than 48 years is obviously a trying experience. I selected you to represent me as my agent based upon recommendations from others although I did not know you.

I quickly discovered that you were knowledgeable of the local market, an experienced marketer and an agent with an attitude pf respect and consideration. You were in continual contact so that I knew what was going on. You accommodated my little habits by stopping by my empty house and closing the blinds every night and opening them in the morning. Most of all, you helped me put my home in its most attractive condition.

Altogether, it was a satisfying 6-week experience both for the rapid action and the settlement. Thank you for the pleasure of working with you.

On September, 2002 my Syosset home was listed with a real estate agency and broker whom I shall not name. In that period of time I received only one prospective buyer. In April 2003, I listed my home with Syosset real estate agent Craig Bell.

Mr. Bell, aside from being and informed real estate person, demonstrated care, understanding and provided me with helpful suggestions that transformed my previously non-salable Syosset home into an immediate attraction. As a result of his untiring efforts, my home was sold for the maximum amount that could have been received.

To anyone contemplating sale of Syosset or Woodbury real estate, I deem it an honor and a privilege to recommend Craig Bell. The assets and knowledge ho provided me with will immediately be recognized by those doing business with him.

To those who would desire to speak personally to me regarding Mr. Bell, I would invite you to do so. I have given Mr. Bell permission to make my phone number available upon request.

Usually people don’t sell their homes at the spur of the moment, but often have the thought to do so in the back of their minds, sometimes for years, before they make the actual decision to move. This was indeed the case in our decision-making process. While we waited for the right time in our lives to put our Syosset home up for sale, we watched the patterns of home sale in Syosset New York. What we did notice is that homes which you listed sold very quickly, even some that had been on the market for a long time with other brokers and then re-listed with you.

When we interviewed you, you told us what you would do to market our house, helped us determine the selling price and explained why you recommended that price. We ultimately got a price above what we asked, that made up a good part of your commission. Indeed our neighbors, whose house had more upgrades that ours, sold their house privately and even considering their savings on the brokers’ commission got about $15,000 less than we did, after using two real estate brokers.

It is with thanks and without hesitation that we would recommend your services. You made what can be a very difficult experience as easy as possible. Today the movers are arriving and we are on to our new lives in the big apple!

Thanks again and fond best wishes,
Mary-Anne and Randolph Ross
